Refunds Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at  official@skadibeauty.com as long as it has not been shipped.

 

Return or Resend

Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.

You have two options:

Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact official@skadibeauty.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by SKADI.

Please Note:

Due to safety and sanitation concerns, SKADI temporarily does not offer free return and exchange services for non-product quality issues. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for any non-quality related returns, and a 30% restocking fee will be charged for any opened product (the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund).

Once your refund or return request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

We Will Not Accept Returns Under the Following Conditions:

  • Products not purchased from skadibeauty.com.

  • Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

  • Products that show physical damage.

  • Products that are naturally stained from use.

  • Products past the warranty period.

  • Orders beyond the 90-day return policy.

Important Information:

We offer free returns and exchanges for items that are unusable due to product quality issues. However, if any returned merchandise does not meet our policy terms, the customer will be responsible for the return costs. Free return services do not include certain regions and shipping labels not provided by SKADI. Damage caused by improper personal use (including breakage) is not covered by our warranty.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us:   Provide your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, photos of the item, and the reason for the return. We will send you a printable shipping label with instructions, including our return address and basic information about your return order.

  2. Print the Return Label: Properly pack your return item(s) in the original box and affix the return label we provided on the outside of the box.

  3. Send the Package: Take the item(s) to your nearest post office. If you need urgent handling of the return parcels, please contact us and provide the tracking number for the return parcels.

  4. Important Note: Due to the high value of our product, please drop off your package at the nearest post office. Do NOT drop the package in a mailbox. SKADI is not responsible for any package lost in a mailbox.

  5. We Notify You Upon Receipt: We will process your return within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.

  6. Notify Us of Delivery: To avoid delays in your return process, please contact us at official@skadibeauty.com to inform us of the package delivery. We will process your return request within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.

  7. Receiving Your Refund: Once we approve that the return package meets the return standards, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (refund processing times may vary by bank).

Please Note:

Only items purchased on skadibeauty.com will be accepted for return. If your items were purchased from Amazon, Target, or an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

Defective Products:

Our products are carefully inspected before leaving the factory to ensure quality, but damage can occur during transportation. If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo as evidence and send it to our customer service team at official@skadibeauty.com. Our staff will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Please also return the damaged product to help us identify the problem and prevent future occurrences.

Cancellation:

Simply contact our customer service at official@skadibeauty.com to cancel your order.

  • Free cancellation is only valid within 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, SKADI will charge a 5% order value cancellation fee.
  • Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
  • For products that have shipped and remain in original packaging, our customer service will provide a return address, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

About Price Match:

We offer price adjustments under the following conditions:

  • Price adjustments can only be made within 7 days of your purchase.
  • If an adjustment is made, the price difference will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Clearance and final sale merchandise are not eligible for price match adjustments.

About Refunds:

Upon receiving and approving the returned product, the order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is still not shown, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If after trying everything you still have not received the refund, please contact us.
